Colour status icons in neoApp

In the neoApp, make the colour of the circular room status icons and the temperature in these change automatically so that when:
- Heating -> Red icon, with target temperature displayed above the central current temperature.
- Not heating -> Green icon, with target temperature displayed below the central current temperature.
- Standby -> Blue icon, without any target temperature displayed (i.e. only the central current temperature).
This would provide a better and more intuitive status overview.
