Relative temperature setting ie. +2C

Just wondering if it would be possible to set a relative temperature setting rather than an absolute one as at present. By this, I mean the thermostat requesting an increase eg. by 1 or 2 degrees. The problem with an absolute temperature as at present is that this could be way more (or less) than the actual temperature, when to feel a warm room all that would be required would be a 'fixed 'increase in heat. I don't know of any other thermostats that provide this? could be an opportunity to provide a function that is not yet available on the market.
