Display current local time on the "Home" page

Display the current time in the correct time zone for the premises. At present the display make a good job of showing what is going to happen when but one has to consult another window or external watch to figure out how soon the event will take place. Now imagine if you are in another time zone and travelling - this makes it even ticker. Hopefully easy to do and not much risk involved.
