For ACCESSIBILITY, extend 4 sec (!) illumination on NeoAir v2control panel ... and anything similar!

Our NeoAir v2 is the control centre of our system and the touch screen is illuminated when 'pressed'. But the illumination turns off after 4 seconds in duration - giving completely inadequate time to absorb the information displayed and/or to input the complex sequence of key presses which are needed to achieve control. In practice, it is almost impossible to use. THIS IS A SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM OF ACCESSIBLITY FOR ANYONE, BUT PARTICULARLY FOR THOSE WHO MAY HAVE PARTIAL SIGHT OR WHO NEED A LITTLE TIME TO THINK! There may be other heatmiser controls with similar configurations, in which case I'd suggest introducing a new standard to maximise accessiblity and ease of use.
