Option to auto heat hot water when a heating zone is on.

Why can hot water not be heated automatically alongside a heating zone? An option to overwrite hot water timer on/off when defined or any heating zone is on. Sure I can set hot water profile to be same as heating in winter, but need to change in summer. Maybe missing an existing trick here.
