Alexa only works on UK amazon account

Heatmiser is available for purchase on Amazon.fr yet does not work with Alexa here.
I know of at least one other purchaser in France (other than me) and others here that like the system. Currently the only negative I’ve found with the kit is that Heatmiser skill set (integration) for Alexa is not available to Amazon.fr users. It’s a pretty big negative having spent over £1500 on heatmiser kit. I see Hive and Drayton Wiser (a rubbish system) are available here so why not heatmiser?
