Neo app language choice

Add option to choose the (original) English language in the app when installed on a foreign (android) phone. The Dutch translation is buggy to say the least (part German, part programmer comments visible).

This has now been completed. The language can now be selected in Settings/Account/Security/Language
This is available from iOS App 3.0.50
