linked heat demands
Please add in clever control.
If one zone has called for heat as its reached its threshold, the other zones should also be able to be switched on if below target temp.
At least make it a tick able option.
Would be useful in multiple zones with underfloor heating.
If the boiler is going to be running to heat one zone it may aswell help to bring the other zones up also.

UlrichI suggested same for linking boiler to demand on heating zone. Allowing optional linking of heating and hot water to a master would be great.

NickDoes this question imply that only one underfloor zone can be heated at a time? That would explain the problems I'm having with the system. . . . It would also seem to be a rather bizarre way of setting up a system.

Heatmiser R&D AdminNick - No, multiple zones can work at the same time. It sounds like you need a heating engineer to check out your system if you having such issues.

JonI believe this feature would add significantly to enhancing the efficiency of the overall heating system. Especially when used with underfloor heating, given the length of time it takes to raise the temperature of a room.

This request has been open for a while. Would someone from Heatmiser be able to comment on what the current internal assessment is i.e. has it been assessed, is it likely to be added to a backlog? -

UlrichHey, in light of cost of living crisis, maybe you could re-evaluate this request.

Space heating is driven by thermostats, but hot water is timer based. It could save a lot of money if heatmiser could trigger hot water heating when a certain zone kicks in... (Or indeed any zone) otherwise I heat space when demand , and separately my hot water at different time. It just doesn't make sense not to allow for such optional linking... -

Jamie WatsonI have been thinking about this for a while and would make a massive difference. Boiler could be on all day if different zones are calling throughout the day. I guess not efficient. Could have some threshold were it waits for at least x zones calling for heat.
