Guest user specific zone control with limit on degrees plus or minus from set point.

Currently, guest users can be given limited access. It would be useful for admin to have ability for guest users to be limited to specific zones and zone with timers (i.e. hot water or towel rails).

The second part of this would be for admin to set a set point temperature (i.e. 20 degrees) and guest would have the ability to vary this by 3 degrees plus or minus.

This can be useful in for example air bnb scenarios where admin sets common areas to a comfortable temperatures and does not want any changes to this but wants to give access to room zone only so guests can control temperature above and below set point only.

This is also useful if you have guests over staying in a specific room and you do not want to give them access to other zones.

With high energy prices this feature would allow some control over wasted heating.
