Add graph line to “Enhanced History” for external temperature

The current “Enhanced History” information is excellent and it was great to see you add the external temperature information to it, however it could be made significantly more useful if the external temperature was shown as a graphed line in a similar way to the setbtarget temperature dotted line.
To deal with the very different range of the external temperature, you could put the external temperature vertical scale on the right hand side.
