Add a built in temperature sensor in to the neo plug

The sensor could then draw on mains power for a stronger signal and wouldn't need the frequent battery changes and re-syncing which seems to be needed to keep these sensors working.
This would also better support the requests from other customers to use the temperature sensor as a trigger for the plug.

DavidYes, my wireless sensors seem to loose their connection fairly regularly and they are not that far from the neoHub.
