Locking a Neo Hub

I have just lost access to my home Neo hub remotely - someone in the house downloaded the App -registered for an new account then pressed the reset button on the hub - could a digital lock not be added so that only the main user can ''add guests'' rather than a Guest make themselves the Administrator by reseting the hub
