Minimum on/off time for neo plug using manual or override option

Currently, there is a minimum time of 30 minutes for which it is possible to command a neoplug to 'on' using the manual or overrride function. Ideally, I would like finer control (say a 5 minute interval). This would save considerable energy and cost for the application for which I am using the neoplug.
