Room Set Temperature

We have a NeoStat V2 which is very good but it will only allow me to adjust the room set temperature in 1c increments whilst the temperature differential can be adjusted in 0.5c increments and the actual room temp is displayed in 0.1c increments. To keep more control over energy use would it be possible to adjust the room set temp in 0.5c increments or even better 0.1c increments.

I believe if i get a hub, the room set temp can be adjusted in 0.5c increments via the app so why not directly on the stat itself?

The hub is required to update the firmware in your thermostat. Once updated, you would be able to set 0.5c on the thermostat or app
