Fused Switched Spur version for Towel Rail Control

Version of the Neostat-e v2 that can be used as a fused spur on a ring main to give timed control of an electric radiator.

You can already do this - I simply set the target temperature to 25 degrees C. That way, I just get a schedule on/off unless ambient temperature is very high.
