Enable room tiles in new grid display to be re-ordered

The new grid display for a summary of all the room stats is really good and thank you for implementing, but the order of the tiles for each room is fixed. For folks like us that have a lot of rooms each with their own control, it would help if we could reorder the tiles, so (for example) we could put the rooms we are most interested in at the top of the display and then don’t need to keep scrolling down. Something like the hold finger on tile approach that smartphones have would be most natural for rearranging the tiles.
