Switched output for elec towel rads

Could the 16A switched output module be configured as a zone without thermostat? So it could control either immersion heater or electric towel rads - essentially looking for a box to replace old school programmable timers on the Heatmiser Neo system.

The neoStat-e model can already work as a timer. This can be selected in the menu.
