Unlcear when neoStat is in standby and too easy to enter standby.

Can you please make it more obvious that the Neostat is in standby mode, and make it less easy to enter that mode in the first place.

We have lots of customers contacting us after, for example, their cleaner 'wiped' the neoStat, saying their stat is 'stuck at 12º'.

Two points:
1. The tried and tested 'no temperature reading' when in standby / frost mode should at least be an parameter option. That would make it immediately obvious that the stat is off.

2. Why is it so easy to enter standby in the first place? Do people go around turning their heating off as they leave the room, as they would a light switch?

This alone is preventing us from purchasing your products, espeiclaly for use in the hospitality sector.
