Neo App: Provide greater flexibility on the features guest users are permitted to change
Whilst a guest user is a useful feature, it would be far more flexible to allow the admin user to decide what features a guest is allowed to change, eg via a settings page with radio options. Ideally at an individual user level, if not at the more granular guest user level.
For example, I have the Neo system in a holiday cottage primarily for the ability to control the heating remotely and switch to minimum/default settings when unoccupied.
I have been setting customers up a guest users so they can control the heating and hot water during their stay as the App Is far more intuitive. It would helpful to allow them to change the current profile to their desired times/temps for their stay. Currently they can only adjust the temp until the next level starts
In my case, I would want them to have free access to change the current profile but not have the ability to change stored profiles or recipes. I use these to reset to my preferred default settings once they have left.

Chris VineOther features for guest users, in addition to the above, would be to limit them to a specific location and allow the admin user to set a users password.
In the scenario where the admin user is responsible for multiple properties, it would be helpful to limit a guest user to a single property. This would enable the admin to use a single sign on for all properties but limiting the guests to only have access to the settings for the property they are staying in. -

Heatmiser R&D AdminIt is already the case that you share locations individually. You invite users when you’re logged into a hub and the user will get a temporary password or they can use their existing account
