Google Home, Alexa and IFTTT support for neoStat-HC

It seems neoStat-HC is supported only in Apple Home Kit, while the regular neoStat v2 is supported in all platforms - Apple Home Kit, Google Home, Alexa and IFTTT.

While controlling fancoil speeds might be harder to implement as skills, choosing a setpoint temperature with neoStat-HC shouldn't be any different than choosing a setpoint on a regular neoStat v2.

Please add at least the ability to choose the setpoint for neoStat-HC in all platforms.
